Great question! You’ll know if a product is sold by a Third Party Seller by finding the “Sold & shipped by” section on any product page or in your cart or at checkout. In this section, you will see the Third Party Seller’s name displayed.
It’s easy! The steps for purchasing a product sold by a Third Party Seller are the same as purchasing any other product on Walmart.ca.
Please note that Walmart does not ship Third Party items. Third Party Sellers will ship their items and will also take care of any customer service inquiries regarding their items. Please contact the Third Party Seller directly for any questions relating to:
Before receiving your package, you’ll receive email communications from Walmart about the status of your order. Your official receipt should be included in your package from the Third Party Seller. If you don’t find a receipt in your package when it arrives, you can contact the Seller directly to request a receipt for your order.

After clicking the “Submit” button, you will receive an email confirming that your message has been sent to the Seller. Within 48 hours, you should receive a response from the Seller from a Walmart registered email address. You can respond directly to the Seller from your email.

Each Third Party Seller is different and shipping options may vary between Sellers. To check the shipping options for the Third Party item you’re interested in, click on the shipping icon on the product page. In-store returns eligibility
Items sold by Third Party Sellers with a retail price of $150.00 CAD and below can be returned to any Walmart store, subject to the exceptions listed below. If you wish to return items with a retail price above $150.00 CAD, please reach out to the Third Party Seller directly.

Return window
Most Third Party Sellers have a minimum return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, with the exception of certain electronics items. The following items will have a minimum return window of 14 days from the date of delivery:
Please note, contract post-paid phones must have a return window of 15 days. Longer return windows are not permitted for contract post-paid phones. Subject to applicable legislation. Conditions may vary by carrier. Please see plan terms and conditions.
General return eligibility
If the conditions in a Seller's return policy are met, you can return items to the Seller by contacting the Seller directly for return instructions or by returning eligible items to a Walmart store.
The following exceptions apply to all items, both in store and direct to Seller.
Final sale items cannot be returned
Prescription medication, prepaid phone cards, pierced earrings, special order jewelry, photo custom services, underwear or items that include underwear, swimwear when hygiene liner is removed, sexual wellness items, family planning products, and food items.
Items that must be returned unopened
Video games, computer games, portable video players, headphones & portable audio, prerecorded music, movies, software products, ink cartridges, disposable contact lenses, air mattresses, breast pumps, drones with GPS function, personal care items (feminine care, hands and feet, incontinence, massage and spa products, men’s grooming, oral care, and woman’s hair removal), and car seats.
Halloween costumes
Unopened Halloween costumes can be returned both in store and direct to Seller up until 7 days prior to October 31.
Food items
Any food items purchased from Third Party Sellers are considered final sale. Food items may not be returned to Walmart stores or shipped back to Sellers. In the event of a Seller-fault return reason (i.e. expired item upon arrival, damaged item, incorrect item, etc), please contact the Seller directly to request a refund.
Additional exceptions
Please note, some Sellers may have exceptions for certain items. If you’re unsure about the Return Policy for an item, please contact the Seller directly.
Yes! For your convenience and peace of mind, eligible Third Party items can be returned to Walmart stores.
