- Order online and select Pickup and your nearest store at checkout.
- Wait until you receive our "Ready for Pickup" email before going to the store.
- Follow your Pickup point directions from the email.
Pickup Points
- NEW — Curbside Pickup
Park, call, and stay in your car while an associate loads your order into your trunk for you. Available at select stores only. - Pickup booth inside the store
Go to the Pickup booth at the front entrance inside the store and call the phone number provided. - Pickup tower inside the store
Go to the Pickup tower inside the store and enter your order number on the tower’s screen to retrieve your items. Available at select stores only.
Walmart Pickup FAQs
- 1 Why should I try Walmart Pickup?
It's simple and it saves you time and money! Order online and save on shipping by picking up your order at your local store. Plus, Walmart Pickup is FREE for orders over $25. For orders under $25, there is a small $5 handling fee.
- 2 When will my online order be ready for Pickup?
Items ordered online will be available for pickup within 4-12 business days from when the order was placed. This will vary depending on your Walmart store location and shipping region within Canada.
- 3 How long will you hold my order?
We'll store your order in a secure location for 7 days starting the day it's ready for pickup. Orders that are not picked up in this timeframe will be cancelled and a refund will be made to your original method of payment.
- 4 Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?
An email will be sent to you with Pickup point directions for your selected Walmart store. Your Pickup point with either be at a Pickup parking spot (available at select stores only), a Pickup booth, or a Pickup tower inside the store.
- 5 Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! If someone else picks up the order, we will ask for the name on the order and the order number. Please ensure the person picking up the order has this information.
- 6 Can I return a Pickup order?
Absolutely! You can return your online item to a Walmart store or by mail. Just make sure to have your shipping confirmation email available as we require it as the receipt. Always check our return policy before making a return
