The time between when you place your order on walmart.ca and when you receive your purchase is broken up into two phases: processing and shipping.
Processing is when we verify the details of your billing information and prepare your item for shipping in our warehouse.
Shipping times can vary based on the shipping method you chose during your checkout process.
Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Place order”. There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address, shipping method or payment method, but once the order moves into the shipping process it cannot be changed.
To request a modification after you have submitted your order, please contact us with your order number for quick resolution.
If you’ve only received a portion of your total order, there could be a few reasons for this:
If you receive split shipments, you will never be charged for extra shipping fees. You will receive an invoice with your order, which will tell you which items have been shipped separately. Also, you can check the Order History in My Account to see if the rest of your order is on its way. Don’t worry – we’ll always make sure your order gets to you, one way or another!
If your shipment arrives and you still have questions about items missing from your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us
No, you won’t be able to make any modifications to your order at this time. Once your order is placed, the details of that order are final.
If there is another item that you would like to purchase, simply place a new order with us. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, follow the steps to cancelling an order here.
Yes, if you have an account and are signed in you can easily add new items to your upcoming Grocery PickUp order from eligible grocery product pages. If your order is eligible, you will see the button “Add to Next Grocery PickUp Order” on the grocery product page. You can also remove items from your existing Grocery PickUp order, or increase/decrease the quantity of an item. Please note, this can only be done before the cut-off time. Cut-off times vary by location. Please refer to your order details page.

Yes! You can change your shipping address, but only within 30 minutes after you place your order. To request a change, please contact us with your Order Number, which can be found in My Account on the Order Details page.
Yes, you can cancel your order. Keep in mind that your order can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after it has been placed.
Here’s how you can cancel your order:
Once your order is cancelled, we’ll send you an email notification to let you know and we’ll also update your Order History in your account to show the cancelled order.
Did you checkout as a Guest?
Please note that if you placed an order as a Guest, you must contact our Customer Service team within 30 minutes after your order has been placed in order to cancel your order.
